The Center for Family and Child Enrichment is a private, nonprofit, community-based organization that serves:
Children who have been abused, neglected and/or abandoned;
Children with severe emotional disturbances and in need of mental health care;
Children in the custody of parents or relatives who are chronic runaways and/or are ungovernable

Who We Did It For
Realizing the difficulties many families had to cope with in their daily life, a small group of social workers and psychologists who lived in Carol City and Opa Locka decided to organize and incorporate The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) as a private, non-profit in 1977.
